The option of either a freehold sale or a new lease of this 9,000 sq ft industrial premises in Burgess Hill attracted a good amount of interest when Crickmay placed them on the market earlier this year. We successfully agreed the terms for a new lease together with an option to purchase and quickly saw the transaction through to successful completion. Jonathan Mack (Crickmay’s agent handling the instruction) commented, 'I am delighted at the level of leasehold and freehold interest received in this property, which has further demonstrated the significant shortage of stock of this type in the current market relative to current levels of demand’.
