The premises, previously occupied by Trespass, occupy a highly visible position close to the Swan Walk Shopping Centre entrance. The immediate retail environment is strong, with nearby occupiers including Mint Velvet, Brook Taverner, Vision Express and Robert Dyas, contributing to consistent footfall throughout this part of the town centre.
