We are delighted to have agreed and completed a new 5-year lease for ground floor retail premises in Longridge Ave, Saltdean – a busy parade that joins the A259 between Marine Drive and South Coast Road.
The premises were previously occupied by Martlets Hospice as a charity shop and are soon to be fitted out by the new tenant ready for their occupation.
