We are pleased to have completed a letting for a new Padel Court development on a new 10-year lease within Fisherman’s Wharf, situated along the Brighton Road (A259), Shoreham.
The space comprised just over an acre and has been let to Club Padel who are due to open in Autumn 2026.
Padel, one of the fastest growing sports globally has become an extremely popular sport in the UK, with over 1,500 dedicated courts now open nationwide.
