Crickmay are pleased to announce the successful letting of 2–3 Blatchford Road, an industrial warehouse facility extending to approximately 20,011 sq ft. Acting on behalf of our client, we secured a well-qualified occupier following a targeted marketing campaign and competitive interest from multiple parties.
As part of the transaction, we also negotiated an option to purchase, exercisable within the term of the lease, providing both flexibility and future security for the incoming tenant while supporting our client’s longer-term disposal strategy.
