We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of an industrial property on Blatchford Road, Horsham.
Originally let in November 2025, the premises comprise just over 20,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation. As part of the lease agreement, the tenant was granted an option to acquire the freehold interest within a two-year period.
We are delighted to confirm that the tenant has now exercised this option and completed the purchase of the freehold.
