We are delighted to have completed a sale with vacant possession of premises situated within Foundry Lane, Horsham.
Following the sale, we then acted on behalf of the new freeholders by introducing a tenant who proceeded to take a new lease.
Foundry Lane is situated on the outskirts of the town centre, within close proximity to the mainline railway station and is home to a mixture of industrial, office and retail occupiers.
