Crickmay Chartered Surveyors are delighted to announce the successful letting of the East Preston Depot on behalf of Arun District Council. Following a targeted marketing campaign and subsequent negotiations, a new 15‑year lease has been completed with a self storage operator.
The property, prominently positioned on Station Road, East Preston, comprises a 0.68‑acre secure site anchored by a substantial self‑contained warehouse of just under 17,000 sq ft. Its strategic location adjacent to Angmering railway station and close to the A259 and A27 corridors made it an attractive proposition for occupiers seeking well‑connected storage and operational space along the South Coast.
Crickmay’s instruction included full marketing, enquiry handling, viewings and negotiation through to completion, culminating in a long‑term commitment from a growing operator within the storage and logistics sector.
