Following the closure of the China Brasserie 2 in Billingshurst, our client instructed Crickmay to place the premises on the market to invite interest in either the leasehold or freehold interest and a healthy amount of enquiries were received, mainly for continuation of the existing restaurant use that was already in place. 

Crickmay were pleased to agree a new 20 year lease to a private individual who will be re-opening the restaurant offering Indian cuisine after refurbishment has taken place.
