Following Crickmay’s negotiation of terms for the surrender of the existing lease with Ladbrokes, Crickmay are delighted to have agreed a new lease on 34 West Street to CEX Franchising who specialise in the buying and selling of games, DVDs, phones, and electronics.
The far end of West Street is set to see some further changes in the foreseeable future, with the conversion of Bishops Weald House, which will offer further retail expansion, a gymnasium and residential accommodation, together with two new units fronting Albion Way.
