The premises are conveniently situated a 2 minute walk away from Hove Station, where a variety of regional train services are provided. Trains from this station to Brighton Train Station take approximately four minutes and run frequently.

A number of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants can be found all within a few minutes' walk of the site. On top of this, even more amenities can be reached in Brighton with just a short train to the main station.

Facilities include: super-fast internet (1 GB dedicated line), printing and open-plan kitchens and break-out areas. Members have access to meeting rooms, which are equipped with TV screens and whiteboards for presentations. Tenants can enjoy complimentary refreshments, including tea, coffee, fresh fruit and free beer on Fridays too. The centre hosts regular networking and business support events and offers 24 hour access to the building.
