Following a great deal of interest received, Crickmay are pleased to have sold the freehold interest of the Cootham Lea Workshop, Cootham.
The purchaser will be using the majority of the site, however due to the workshop accommodation being surplus to their requirements, the purchaser has further instructed Crickmay to market the vehicle workshop, along with the reception/stores and first floor mezzanine on a new tenancy to be agreed at a rent of £25,000 per annum exclusive.
