Crickmay are delighted to have successfully concluded a sale of the former British Red Cross centre located on Shelley Road in Worthing on behalf of the charity.
Following instructions to place the freehold interest on the open market with the benefit of vacant possession the property attracted substantial interest, in particular from developers seeking a change of use to residential.
