Rent review negotiation success
Andrew Hall, one of our lease advisory surveyors, has recently concluded rent review negotiations at Astral Towers, London Road, Crawley on behalf of a Tenant occupying some 8,000 sqft of space as a regional office for their European operations business. A significant reduction was achieved on the Landlord’s asking rent of £200,000 per annum.
