Crickmay Chartered Surveyors was pleased to have been able to assist a client in relation to a development option in East Sussex, where planning permission was granted on the land, the parties were unable to agree a sale price. 

Crickmay represented the land owner and took the developers to Independent Third Party where Crickmay, through their representations, persuaded the Independent Expert that the land was worth more than double the previous offer of just over £600,000 made by the developers.
