Asset Appraisal Valuations In Demand
On instructions from the accountant of a small property company, Andrew Hall was instructed last year to value five retail investments with residential upper parts, three of which were located in Surrey and one each in Middlesex and West Sussex. Separate reports were prepared for the individual properties for asset appraisal purposes with a total value of the portfolio being in excess of £1 million.
